Anyone heard of BS man? BS Man? Does that stand for what I think it stands for? Color me intrigued. Exactly what you think, but not exactly a superhero that I can think of. BS Man is a character in a web series who simply rants about things... unless there is another one Kirkwood is referring to.

Re: Captain Marvel (Carol Danvers)

Yes, as you mentioned in the Rogue thread, you should re-read those now-old Ms Marvel comics. You will love them---good art, story, plot and lots of action! I may do just that, and see about adding them to the library here. Carol, as Ms Marvel right from the start had a "Seventh-Sense" Po...

To be honest, I didn't even know that Ms. Marvel had the "Seventh Sense" (Sixth Sense?) of Marv-Vell. I'll have to reread her original run. As for Carol's specifics, I replied in her thread but essentially I haven't followed detailed info like power levels since the handbooks were put on h...

I haven't followed much involving specific statistics on characters for a while since the handbooks are not currently being published, but I can say that during her power fluxutions I believe she briefly reverted to her Binary persona... I'm not 100% certain at this point though.

Her powers did go a little wild in the previous series... I think that was when. Nothing major or lasting, just a story arc element.

Ah, so Rogue is back to be unable to control her absorption powers. Well, Wanda did have a hex or Witchy form of telekinesis that moved a big couch against Tyrak for example. And I guess anytime something moved, it was "hexed" but also a form of telekinesis in a way? Wanda used to have a totally unique power and I noticed that from the first and thought i...

I was good with it, but I enjoy individualized stories with an underlying longer sweeping story arc. I also enjoy seeing changes in a character, such as happened with Wanda or even Scott during A vs X. Things typically revert to norm, at least they used to. Change is more likely to stick these days ...

What Marvel RPG type games are still out there? Certainly there isn't anything along the lines of Dungeons & Dragons. I guessing HeroClix are still going, but how about any of the old card games? The thing I loved about the RPG was the profile pages; a non-continuity bonus to handbook collector.

Very true Phoenixx9, my favourite turn-around character was the throwaway from Hulk 181 named The Wolverine. Some guy with blades on his gloves, originally meant to have been evolved from an actual Wolverine. Things really change.

Falling into the same continuity, Batman and Robin, the Boy Wonder also had a seriously rough edge on it but wasn't too bad (I'm a fan of the original mini-series) which is unfortunate that the series simply disappeared.

Great comparison there Alister, I had not thought of that scenerio with Gotham.

Perhaps one day I'll actually review the individual episodes of MASH in detail to see how things measure up by story, screen-time, etc. I hope my off-beat approach was enjoyed by all even if it was totally unscientific.
